It can emulsify in water, insoluble in ethanol, methanol, but soluble in chloroform, ether, petroleum ether and other organic solvents. How to Produce Phosphatidylserine granular?
Guanjie Biotech holds a patent certificate on the production of phosphatidylserine. The patent describes in detail a biological enzyme that catalyses the synthesis of phosphatidylserine, its preparation and application. The method utilises the high specificity of the biological enzyme. By the enzyme conversion method, natural lecithin is used as a substrate, serine is added, and PS is catalytically synthesised with high efficiency, with a conversion rate of 80%. This effectively solves the problem that traditional methods cannot obtain high purity PS.
In addition, Guanjie Biotech has adopted the key technology of microbial conversion to produce PS. The gene for phospholipase D was heterologously expressed in E. coli by genetic engineering to produce PS in the crude language, and the technology is currently undergoing protein engineering modification and various optimisations to improve the substrate conversion rate .
